What an odd Valentine’s Day, celebrated with snow on the ground, which apparently is a big deal since that is all any of the local news stations can talk about. I also have to mention that today while we were out running errands I saw a demonstration of the way North Texas natives show their appreciation of snow. They build anatomically correct snowmen.

I realize I haven’t posted in over a week. Sorry about that. Those of you who suspected I lost that potentially fatal game of chess … well I’m sure you’re disappointed because it turns out I’m still corporeal. However, if I can’t get my brain to start turning off at night you may just get your wish. Unless the doctor in Fight Club is right. “No, you cannot die from lack of sleep.” in which case you’ll be stuck with me for quite a bit longer.
